Hi, I’m Living Lindsey.

I help women step into their dream bodies by teaching them how to live a healthier lifestyle. Learn how to achieve your health and fitness goals through mindset, intuitive eating, and finding passion in moving the body.

Whether you’re just starting your health journey, or in the midst of reaching new fitness goals, my suggestions will help you transform–not only physically, but mentally! If you’re ready to level up, you’re in the right place.

You know that feeling–like you’re stuck in your body?

No matter how hard you try to stay consistent in the gym or eat healthy, the results aren’t noticeable enough, so you quit. You continue to give up on yourself then repeat the never ending cycle of suffering in insecurities hoping one day your transformation will happen. For so long, I felt stuck in my body and continued to make excuses. That is, until one day I decided enough was enough. I realized there are two routes, both equally as hard. I could either sit on the couch and deal with health consequences for life, or commit to my journey.

For so long, I was unknowingly ignoring my body by having a stuck mentality that I couldn’t do it. That maybe if I ignored my gut long enough, the weight would magically come off. But it didn’t. Instead, health concerns began to trickle in. From gut pain to kidney stones–the pain uncovered the WHY behind what I already knew I needed to do.

I realized if I didn’t make changes, I would potentially suffer the rest of my life. I literally didn’t have a choice. And that’s just it, the fact that I didn’t have a choice was my decision to not give up on believing. That moment will forever hold a safe place in my heart because it’s the moment that I flipped the switch and believed in myself going forward–that I would figure it out, and I did. I fell in love with the process so much that I fell in love with myself amidst the fight.

What I Learned

🤍 Mindset is the #1 foundation to getting anything in life. Achieving your dream body is a mindset.

🤍 You will always be in process, might as well fall in love with it–there is no quick fix.

🤍 Find passion in moving your body. Focus on how you feel rather than how you look.

🤍 You don’t need to restrict yourself to see results. Eating intuitively allows you to still eat what you want.

🤍 Overconsumption and malnutrition is the main reason we struggle. Allow more time for your body to truly digest.

🤍 You don’t need to track your cals to see results.

🤍 Gratitude for your body no matter where you’re at will propel you forward.

To Glow Up, Show Up

I believe weight loss and reaching your health and fitness goals isn’t meant to be difficult. It can be challenging, but when you play the game right–it becomes easy and effortless to reach new levels of confidence. Your new habits just become who you are and pretty soon you look in the mirror and see the version of yourself that you’ve always been underneath all the layers of self-doubt. There would be no results without challenge, and no patience without trust. My mission is to guide women like you to a more healthy and confident version of yourself. One that feels seen, present, and safe in your body.
